This is Ideal finger food for weaned babies and toddlers.

It’s easy and simple to make in 5 steps. You can prepare and cook it in advance.

Ingredients

1 medium potato grated
1 carrot grated
½ courgette grated
Spring onion (optional) chopped
Dash of oil

Method

1) Grate all ingredients in a bowl and add spring onion
2) Stir well
3) Spoon out into little patties onto kitchen roll to absorb excess water
4) Heat oil in frying pan
5) Place patties into pan to cook, turning every few minutes until cooked and golden brown

Eat warm or cold!

Delicious on their own or with ketchup!
